Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and/or virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions for
CompTIA A+ Core 1 & Core 2

Ensure that training content aligns with the latest
CompTIA A+ certification objectives

Facilitate hands-on lab exercises covering hardware, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
Assess learners through quizzes, practical assignments, and mock exams to gauge progress.
Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to help learners achieve certification success.
Maintain an engaging learning environment and encourage participation and collaboration.
Update and enhance course materials as per technological advancements and CompTIA updates.
Collaborate with the Training Management team to ensure course quality and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:
CompTIA A+ Certified
(Current version preferred).
Additional certifications such as
CompTIA Network+

, or higher (preferred).
Minimum
2-3 years of IT industry experience
in technical support, hardware, or system administration.
Proven experience delivering technical training or mentoring learners.
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.
