CompTIA A+ (Core 1 & Core 2) Trainer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and certified

CompTIA A+ Trainer

to deliver

Core 1 (220-1101)

and

Core 2 (220-1102)

training programs to aspiring IT professionals. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on, and industry-relevant sessions that prepare learners to pass the CompTIA A+ certification exams and succeed in entry-level IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and/or virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions for

CompTIA A+ Core 1 & Core 2

. Ensure that training content aligns with the latest

CompTIA A+ certification objectives

. Facilitate hands-on lab exercises covering hardware, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting. Assess learners through quizzes, practical assignments, and mock exams to gauge progress. Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to help learners achieve certification success. Maintain an engaging learning environment and encourage participation and collaboration. Update and enhance course materials as per technological advancements and CompTIA updates. Collaborate with the Training Management team to ensure course quality and learner satisfaction.

Core Topics to be Covered:

Core 1 (220-1101):

Mobile Devices Networking Technology Hardware and Components Virtualization and Cloud Computing Hardware and Network Troubleshooting

Core 2 (220-1102):

Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Mobile OS) Security Fundamentals Software Troubleshooting Operational Procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

CompTIA A+ Certified

(Current version preferred). Additional certifications such as

CompTIA Network+

,

Security+

, or higher (preferred). Minimum

2-3 years of IT industry experience

in technical support, hardware, or system administration. Proven experience delivering technical training or mentoring learners. Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.

Key Skills:

In-depth knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with virtual lab environments and e-learning tools. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Passion for teaching and developing future IT professionals.
Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
