Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) Instructor

to deliver engaging and practical training sessions for aspiring HR professionals. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, organizational behavior, and strategic HR management, along with a passion for teaching and learner development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led sessions on CHRP modules including: HR Planning & Strategy Talent Acquisition & Retention Compensation & Benefits Learning & Development Labor Laws & Compliance HR Metrics & Analytics Organizational Culture & Change Design and deliver course materials, presentations, and case studies. Prepare learners for CHRP certification exams through focused instruction and mock assessments. Facilitate interactive sessions, role plays, group discussions, and scenario-based learning. Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback. Keep course content aligned with the latest HR trends, legal updates, and industry standards. Guide learners in aligning HR strategies with business goals using real-world examples.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. CHRP certification is mandatory. 5+ years of professional HR experience with strong expertise in HR policies, labor law, and talent management. Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or coaching preferred. Familiarity with adult learning principles and outcome-based training models. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of HRIS systems and digital HR tools. Experience with performance management systems and HR analytics platforms. Exposure to international HR practices is an advantage.

Working Hours:

Flexible; typically 6-10 hours per week (evening or weekend sessions depending on batch). Ability to adapt session timings based on learners' availability.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
