Park Experience Ambassadors

This is not a typical guest service role. As a PEA, you will be a
visible brand ambassador
, ensuring high service standards, anticipating guest needs, and actively promoting VIP offerings and park upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and role-model IAAPA-level service excellence
Conduct safety and experience audits across the park
Support Duty Managers in real-time issue resolution
Collect and report guest feedback and trends
Promote premium products (VIP tours, upgrades, merchandise, etc.)
Coach and mentor frontline team members in service delivery
Requirements:
Previous theme park or attractions experience
preferred
Fluent in Arabic and English
(bilingual required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, proactive, and guest-focused attitude
Strong sense of accountability and initiative
