The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the school and its parent community, ensuring exceptional customer service, enrollment growth, and high levels of parental engagement. This role is critical in supporting the school\'s culture, promoting its achievements, and helping meet strategic targets through professional communication and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead school tours for prospective families, showcasing the school\'s strengths and unique offerings
• Manage the front-of-house reception area, ensuring excellent service delivery at all parent touchpoints
• Drive internal communications with parents, including newsletters and announcements
• Organize parent-focused events to strengthen school-community engagement
• Create and manage content for school newsletters, websites, and digital screens
• Maintain and update school social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
• Conduct regular surveys of parent feedback and analyze data for service improvements
• Collaborate with the principal and corporate marketing to execute school marketing plans
• Ensure digital and print marketing materials are current and on-brand

Governance & Standards

• Ensure all communication and marketing efforts align with GEMS Education's standards and brand values
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all stakeholder interactions
• Promote safeguarding principles and uphold student welfare in all public-facing initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service, sales, or parent engagement role
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding enrollment/sales targets
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience managing social media platforms professionally
• Exceptional time management, multitasking, and analytical abilities
