Cook parathas to perfection using appropriate techniques and equipment
Monitor inventory of ingredients and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure timely preparation and serving of parathas while maintaining quality standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Occasionally assist with other kitchen duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a paratha maker or cook in a restaurant, cafe, or food service setting.
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, and cooking methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
