Job Overview
As a Paramedic at Jumeirah Al Qasr, you will be responsible for responding to medical emergencies, providing on-site medical support, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards. This role is vital in maintaining a safe and responsive environment across the expansive Madinat Jumeirah resort.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional first aid and emergency medical support as needed
• Maintain treatment rooms, sanitize medical areas, and ensure medical equipment readiness
• Monitor medical inventory, store and track supplies, and keep accurate records
• Handle incident reporting and liaise with security and management for escalation
• Support health and safety programs including evacuation drills and emergency response planning
• Stay informed about latest medical protocols and participate in training sessions
• Assist in health awareness or safety-related initiatives within the resort

Job Requirements

• Must be a UAE National with a Family Book
• At least 4 years of experience in emergency medical care, including 2 years ideally in a hotel or high-profile environment
• Valid qualifications such as AEA/CCA/National Diploma; First Aid Instructor certification preferred
• Additional certifications in ACLS, PHTLS, and PALS are advantageous
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, act proactively, and work without supervision
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
