Paramedic at National Ambulance UAE

Our company is seeking qualified Paramedics capable of providing pre-hospital emergency care. Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure operational readiness for 24/7 emergency medical services. Perform as a paramedic, including managing specialist equipment and preparing patient areas in pre-hospital settings. Deliver high-quality pre-hospital emergent care to patients. Guide and support EMTs in applying appropriate pre-hospital techniques. Liaise with dispatch and patients effectively. Maintain relationships with stakeholders. Complete all checks required for daily operations and transports. Conduct case reviews and statistical analyses of incidents as needed. Maintain CME and clinical currency. Foster a clinical learning environment, providing mentorship to paramedics and EMTs. Assist the Events Team and support wider business needs when required. Perform other duties and training necessary for accreditation and clinical status. Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in Emergency Medical Services from a recognized institution. Meeting all criteria outlined in the DOH PQR, including experience, licensing, and registration. Valid UAE Driving License. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Self-motivated with good time management skills. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Accurate record-keeping and documentation skills. Exemplary disciplinary and conduct record. Ability to remain calm and controlled in all situations. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Job location: Northern Emirates/Abu Dhabi Salary Package: AED 20,000 - 22,000 Additional Details
