Provide immediate medical care and life support in emergency and non-emergency situations.
Perform advanced procedures such as airway management, intravenous therapy, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration as per scope of practice.
Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately, ensuring timely intervention and safe transportation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and emergency staff to deliver high-quality care.
Participate in training, mentoring, and supervising junior paramedics and medical staff.
Contribute to research, audits, and policy development in emergency medical services.
Maintain accurate patient care reports and comply with legal, ethical, and clinical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or a related healthcare field (mandatory).
Licensed/eligible for licensing as a Paramedic in uae
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in emergency/critical care settings
