, with prior experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department. This role requires excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents including contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research and provide summaries or insights on UAE laws, regulations, and case precedents as required.
Support in maintaining and organizing legal files, case records, and corporate documents.
Liaise with external legal counsel, courts, and government authorities when necessary.
Monitor deadlines for legal filings, renewals, and compliance tasks.
Assist in preparing documentation for company formations, visa applications, licensing, and other regulatory procedures in the UAE.
Support the legal team in case preparation and client meetings, taking minutes and maintaining detailed notes.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive legal documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field; a paralegal certification is an advantage.
Minimum of
3 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in the UAE
.
Strong organizational and document management skills.
Ability to draft and proofread legal documents with accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation tools.
Fluent in
English
