Seeking an Assistant for the Managing Partner of a company with a minimum of C1 English *

Responsibilities:

__ Comprehensive support to the manager on legal matters
*
*
Participation in the procedure of preparation, negotiation and drafting of agreements, foreign trade contracts, formation of shareholder resolutions and other legally significant documents;
*
*
Interaction with governmental and regulatory authorities of the UAE and a number of other countries, participation in negotiations with foreign counterparties;
*
*
Analysis of legislation and corporate practices, preparation of legal briefs, opinions, flowcharts and examination of international business structures;
*
*
Providing oral and written advice on legal inquiries to our clients; as well as taxation issues, including international relations, preparation of CPs;
*
*
Requirements:
*
*
Fluent English (C1 or higher) Fluent Russian (D2 or higher)
*
*
Higher legal education;
*
*
Experience in international law in the corporate sector for at least 3 years, experience in international consulting companies is an advantage.
*
*
Experience in legal and tax consulting and writing opinions on legal soundness and risks;
*
*
Experience working with large amounts of data, in a multi-tasking environment;
*
*
Clear and accurate verbal and written communication, ability to express position succinctly and quickly and to offer alternatives;
*
*
Ability to dive independently into the specifics of the company and the peculiarities of local law;
*
*
Responsibility, high capacity for work, stress resistance.
