We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues. Requirements and skills
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Para Legal in business environment.
- Fluency in English language is required.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Drafting contracts
- Performing due diligence on contracts and business agreements
- Maintaining good relationships with free zone clients and banks
- Delivering executed documents to banks for clients
- Drafting letters of engagement
- Good Typing skills required.
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Degree in Law.
- Providing legal advice.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents including board resolutions, power of attorneys, legal opinions, agreements, trust agreements.
- Company formation in different jurisdictions changing ownership and structuring Company.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
