ROLE SUMMARY

Performance of a diverse range of legal and administrative tasks for Corporate Legal Department. Additional tasks for this role involve assisting corporate formalities and compliance matters, along with reviewing and drafting agreements as mentioned below.

ROLE PROFILE

Conducting Legal Research On Gcc Laws And Regulations And Providing Constant Updates And Commentary For Both Legal And The Business.

Assisting In Corporate Formalities Such As Preparation For The Meetings (General Assemblies, Board Of Director Resolutions),

Communicating With The Authorities In Relation To Compliance Matters.

Drafting And Reviewing All Types Of Standard Agreements And Contracts.

Assisting Corporate Legal With The Implementation Of Legal Workplace And Blueprint.

Assisting With The Regulatory Requirements, Preparation And Execution Of Poas, General Assemblies, And Bod Resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Accuracy And Attention To Detail.

0-2 years of experience

Good Organizational Skills And Ability To Anticipate And Plan Ahead.

Legal Knowledge And Familiarity With All Corporate Issues, Real Estate Development, Shopping Mall Business, Project Management And/Or Hotel Management Documentation Is An Advantage.

Ability To Work Under Pressure.

Proficiency In The Use Of Computers.
