Conducting legal research: Paralegals at CAFU are responsible for researching relevant case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal materials to help attorneys prepare for cases.
Drafting legal documents: You\xe2\x80\x99ll assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
Managing deadlines: You are responsible for managing deadlines and ensuring that all necessary documents are filed on time.
Performing administrative tasks: Paralegals may perform a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing calendars.

Requirements

Contract drafting and review: A paralegal at CAFU should have strong drafting and reviewing skills to ensure that contracts are clear, accurate, and legally enforceable.
Regulatory compliance: You should be familiar with UAE regulations and laws that apply to the industry in which we operates and ensure that CAFU remains compliant with those laws.
Legal research: You should be able to conduct thorough legal research to assist the legal team in preparing legal documents, developing legal strategies, and advising the company on legal matters.
