a) We need 10 Suitably Pantry Services Supervisors with minimum of Three (3) years of experience and knowledge in Pantry & hospitality Services and Supervision.
b) The Pantry Services Supervisor shall supervise/monitor the tasks and duties of assigned office waiters and ensure their performance is up to the acceptable professional standards.
c) The tasks and duties of Pantry Services Supervisor shall include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure high standard of services in the office areas up to the satisfaction of the client with the quality of services.
Responsible for employee relations, which includes renewals of Client Security Gate Pass, Residence Permits, Food Handlers Certificates, Health Cards, etc.
Ensure the office waiters are smartly dressed in strict uniform code and adhere to the pantry and personal hygiene rules.
Ensure safe hygienic handling of commissary and food items in line with hygienic instructions.
Responsible for checking and reporting the daily attendance of waiters to provide timely suitable replacement in case of absenteeism and submit report to Client on daily basis.
Solve day-to-day problems arising at the locations and ensure smooth operations of the CONTRACT.
Ensure his presence at the LOCATION at all the times during Company working hours.
CONTRACTOR shall provide Pantry Services Supervisor with GSM mobile phone, and all related cost shall be borne by CONTRACTOR.
Inspection of pantries to ensure cleanliness.
Pantry Services Supervisor shall ensure that there is always no shortage of Commissary Supplies in the Pantries.
Ensure the replacements of nonworking Pantry equipment's and crockery items is carried out as and when required.
