Role Summary:
We are looking for an Office Girl to manage pantry services, maintain office cleanliness, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water for staff and guests.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry, reception, offices, and meeting rooms.
Clean utensils, cups, and manage pantry stock levels.
Keep restrooms and common areas tidy throughout the day.
Assist in arranging and setting up meeting rooms.
Run small errands such as delivering documents within the office.
Support admin/reception staff when required.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (office/pantry/housekeeping).
Basic English communication skills (Tagalog an advantage).
Presentable, polite, and trustworthy personality.
Must be currently in UAE and preferably on Husband or Family Visa.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Working Hours & Benefits:
Schedule: 6 days per week, 9 hours/day (including breaks).
Benefits: Company-provided medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE Labour Law.
Compensation: Competitive salary (to be discussed during interview).
