The Panel Builders Channel Manager for Egypt will have as a main reponsibilties to Develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy in order to improve Eaton market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Responsible for planning and executing marketing and sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor channel performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Defines and implements the channel sales strategy, budget and ensures regular follow-up. Responsible for harmonizing the market sales and marketing plans.
  • Targets: Define the key targets (e.g. volume, prices mix) and ensures these are achieved for the channel. Ensures detailed business plans with regular follow up are in place.
  • Negotiations: contributes in critical sales and key frame agreements.
  • Partners: Identifies and evaluate channel partners and authorizes them together with the sales management. Manages annual performance assessment activities for channel partners.
  • Marketing: Coordinates sales and marketing efforts and pricing policies. Ensure appropriate communication, promotion and training activities.
  • Customer relations: drives strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and decision makers.
  • Risk: monitor clients financial status and reports any changes regarding risks.
  • Market Intelligence: continuously assess market trends, competitors, customers and country analysis to identify and realize opportunities with existing and new customers.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 8-10 year experiences in relevant field. Proven sales track record in Building & Infrastructure project market
  • Good Knowledge of Low Voltage Switchgears & Assemblies
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian market including knowledge on Channels and competition
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and should have excellent team playing capabilities
