P&O Specialist Job Responsibilities Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations. Manage employee grievances & track closure. Oversee the disciplinary process, ensuring all investigations are conducted fairly, transparently, and in alignment with company policies and labor law. Support line managers in handling employee performance, conduct, and attendance issues. Maintain documentation. Promote a positive and fair workplace culture through proactive engagement initiatives. Offboarding Management Manage the end-to-end offboarding process including clearance, exit interviews and final settlements. Identify trends and root causes from exit interviews to improve retention and engagement. Ensure smooth handover and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports. Maintain HR metrics and dashboards. Provide data analysis and insights to HR management for process improvements. Compliance & Policy Contribute to policy updates. Qualifications & Experience
BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Camp Administration.
Experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry will be a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance practices.
Experience managing blue-collar workforce operations preferred. Skills & Competencies
