Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of the palm workers and ensure that all operations are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.
- Monitor and manage the production process to ensure that the highest quality standards are met.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Train and develop palm workers to ensure that they are capable of performing their duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the palm workers and provide feedback to them.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain and update records of production and other related activities.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to and that the working environment is kept clean and tidy.
- Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Palm Supervisor: 4 years (Required)
- Palm Production Supervisor: 4 years (Required)
