As a Minibar Supervisor you will be supervising and leading the Minibar service operation team. You will be responsible to record, replace all consumed stock and transfer all checks to the front desk. You will monitor the duty schedules for the respective team ensuring that grooming standards are being followed and that the quality of service performed is exceptional. In return, we will make sure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way. You will have the opportunity to attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen. About you
Ideally you will have 2-years' experience in a similar role as a supervisor within the hospitality industry or other relevant experience in a similar field. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, with a practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
