Painting Operator

Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Painting cum Maintenance Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out basic painting work on equipment, structures, and factory areas. Handle surface preparation before painting -- cleaning, sanding, applying primer coating, and final coating. Maintain knowledge of painting materials, tools, and proper application methods. Assist in general maintenance and repair tasks around the factory. Support scaffolding work and other mechanical or facility-related jobs as required. Keep tools and work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in painting or maintenance work (industrial/factory experience preferred). Knowledge of painting materials (primer, coating, thinner, etc.) and surface preparation. Ability to perform general maintenance and assist with scaffolding or other site tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
