Job Description
Job Responsibilities: As a Painting Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all painting activities within our manufacturing facilities. Your main responsibilities will include:
Contract length: 24 months Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month
- Supervising a team of painters and ensuring they adhere to high-quality standards and project timelines.
- Planning and organizing daily work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing clear instructions to team members.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure proper surface preparation, paint application techniques, and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Collaborating with the project management team to determine material requirements, quantities, and project timelines.
- Assisting in the selection and procurement of painting equipment, tools, and materials.
- Training and mentoring junior painters to enhance their skills and maintain consistency in work quality.
- Resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise during the painting process.
- Maintaining accurate records of work progress, material consumption, and time spent on projects.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a professional painter, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Extensive knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation methods.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and manage resources efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to painting and construction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Valid UAE driving license would be an advantage.
