Job Description

Qualification NACE level 2/3(Painting)

* Experience in Steel structures Blasting/painting, Pipe spool Blasting/painting, and pressure vessels Blasting/painting.

* Ensure the latest revisions of applicable drawings and documents are available for Inspection.

* Ensure the equipment and instruments used during the inspection have valid calibration certificates.

* Ensure the Inspections are strictly carried out in accordance with 'Inspection and Test Plan'.

* Monitor the blasting and painting activity according to the applicable approved blasting & Painting procedure during the blasting and painting progress.

* Conduct Receiving Inspection on blasting consumables, painting materials and maintaining the records.

* Carryout surface preparation Inspection in accordance with approved blasting and painting procedure /project specifications.

* Identify Non-conformance on materials during the painting process and report to QA-QC Engineer.

* Carry out coating inspection in every individual coats in accordance with approved blasting and painting procedure /project specifications.

* Assist to QA/QC Engineer for preparing final 'Pipe Record Book'.

* Good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office.

Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 05 to 08 Years (Must have 3 Years of Gulf experience in the Oil & Gas field)
