Job description

To check the quality of paint applications &proper bonding with surface of the material painted as per the quality control norms and customer specifications
To supervise different stages of paint application on surface of material right from primer to final coating by inspecting at each stage proper standards and measurements as required by quality standards are followed to deliver quality product to customer.
Ensure paint and material is available on continual basis and follows up with internal department to send material which is to be released on priority basis to respective sites.
Prepare time sheet of workmen to trace output of each personnel working for better productivity.
To control wastage of paints& spillage by regularly instructing the workmen to apply paint with proper technique and paint equipment\'s resulting in minimum paint loss
