We are a Wood Door manufacturing company and are looking for a skilled

Painter - Joinery/ Wood Doors

to join our finishing department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing wooden and joinery items to achieve smooth, uniform, and high-quality finishes as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare wooden and joinery surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling before painting. Mix and apply paints, lacquers, sealers, and stains according to specified finishes. Operate spray guns and other finishing tools to achieve consistent, professional results. Match colors and textures as per approved samples or mock-ups. Inspect finished work to ensure quality, smoothness, and uniform application. Repair or refinish surfaces as needed to correct imperfections. Maintain spray equipment and tools in proper working condition. Ensure safe handling and storage of paints, chemicals, and materials. Work closely with the finishing team to meet production and installation deadlines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area while following all safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience as a

Painter/ Spray Painter

in a

joinery or furniture manufacturing company

. Strong knowledge of wood paints, lacquers, stains, and finishing materials. Ability to achieve color accuracy and smooth finishing. Good understanding of surface preparation and spray-painting techniques. Physically fit and able to handle manual work. Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
