Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, and priming).
Knowledge of painting techniques: brush, roller, spray painting.
Ability to apply protective and decorative coatings suitable for outdoor exposure.
Understanding of different paints, stains, sealants, and weather-resistant finishes.
Skilled in maintaining painting tools and equipment.
Follow safety procedures, including PPE and safe handling of chemicals.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
Physical fitness to work outdoors and handle ladders, scaffolds, and equipment..
Qualifications:
Basic education (high school or equivalent).
2-5 years of experience as a painter, preferably in landscape or outdoor projects.
Experience with wood, metal, concrete, and outdoor structures (fences, benches, gates, pergolas, etc.).
