Job Description

Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc. Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools Knowledge of Wall, gypsum, epoxy, texture and spray painting
concrete repairs, mix, pour, and spread materials such as Epoxy Mortar and concrete repair materials.
o Apply waterproofing membranes and epoxy finishes.
o Assist tradespersons on site by providing them with a clean workspace.
o Assist in demolishing buildings using pry bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials.
o Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment.
o Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

? Skills requirements:
Experience required minimum 2 year in the same field.
Estimation Knowlege, site inspection, preparation of BOQ , Supervision skill required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
