Job Description
THE POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO CANDIDATES CURRENTLY IN THE UAE AND WITH GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS SALARY : AED 1850 + COMPANY ACCOMMODATION + COMPANY TRANSPORT The purpose of the role is to carryout preventative maintenance, within a facilities management civil works section. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in carpentry within facility management civil works or similar environment. The candidate should be able to
- Assist in : painting skirting, Roads and Pavement marking, Wall and ceiling painting
- Maintenance of Major Assets like Indoor and outdoor walls, Various types of wall units, Gypsum walls, Wooden wall claddings, Various types of furniture etc
- Assist in conducting inspections to determine the need for painting, preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint, Pavement marking, Road markings etc
