THE POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO CANDIDATES CURRENTLY IN THE UAE AND WITH GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS SALARY : AED 1850 + COMPANY ACCOMMODATION + COMPANY TRANSPORT The purpose of the role is to carryout preventative maintenance, within a facilities management civil works section. The ideal candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in carpentry within facility management civil works or similar environment. The candidate should be able to
- Providing assistance in : Fitting doors, Hanging doors, ironmongery (locks and handles and hinges), curved and raking mouldings and coving, fitting skirting, architrave, mitres, sanitary base units fittings, worktops, plinths and end-panels
- Maintenance capability do maintain major assets, including but not limited to Gypsum walls, Special purpose and decorative furniture, Various types of office furniture, Doors and windows, Wall panels, Ceiling works
- Assist in Gypsum partition works and repairs, Glazed wall portioning works, Fixing of Metal cladding activities, Door shutter works, Fabrication of various furniture's using different types of materials etc
