Painter with expertise in wooden finishing

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional wooden surface finishing including staining, polishing, spraying, and painting. Match and mix stains, paints, and finishes to achieve required color, texture, and sheen. Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, sealing, and applying base coats before finishing. Apply spray, brush, or hand-rubbed finishes to furniture, doors, panels, and other joinery items. Inspect completed work to ensure smoothness, evenness, and quality consistency. Maintain tools, spray equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition. Collaborate with joinery production team to meet project timelines and client expectations. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years of proven experience

in

wood finishing and painting

(joinery/furniture/fit-out industry). Strong knowledge of different types of wood finishes (PU, lacquer, veneer finishing, staining, matt/glossy polishing, etc.). Skilled in spray-painting techniques and use of professional finishing equipment. Attention to detail with a passion for high-quality finishing. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Physically fit to perform manual tasks and handle materials.
