We are a one-stop-shop for highly sophisticated clients with complex business models in 4 market segments: construction and infrastructure, operations and facility management, manufacturing as well as the vertical Multiples, which comprises projects in AI and vertical farming amongst others.

YOUR TASKS:

Process sales orders, quotations, and delivery notes in SAP to support order fulfillment. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and invoicing. Execute goods receipt (GR) and goods issue (GI) transactions in SAP, ensuring accurate inventory updates. Handle stock transfers, bin-to-bin movements, and put away/picking activities within SAP WM. Maintain and update customer master data, sales price conditions, and warehouse master data (storage bins, stock locations, etc.) in coordination with relevant departments. Perform billing transactions, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation. Track and monitor order status, backorders, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy. Generate standard reports (e.g., sales order, billing, inventory movement) to support daily operations and decision-making. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all SD and WM transactions in the SAP system.

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP end user in SD and/or WM modules.

Good understanding of sales order lifecycle and warehouse operations.

Familiarity with basic SAP T-codes in SD (e.g., VA01, VA21,) and WM (e.g., LT12, VL02N,).

Ability to troubleshoot transaction issues and communicate effectively with internal departments.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work with data exports from SAP.

PREFERRED:

Experience in a distribution, trading, or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of intercompany processes, deliveries, and inventory transfers.

Basic understanding of integration between SD, MM, and WM modules.
