We are seeking a skilled Paint Mixing & Color Matching Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive paints and the ability to mix and match colors with precision. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise in automotive refinishing, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately mix and match automotive paint colors to meet customer requirements. Use color-matching tools and mixing systems to ensure consistency and precision. Maintain and manage paint stock levels, ensuring proper inventory control. Assist customers by providing expert recommendations on paint products and application methods. Ensure proper storage and handling of paints, thinners, and other related materials. Work closely with sales and technical teams to meet customer needs efficiently. Adhere to safety and environmental regulations related to paint mixing and handling.
Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive paint mixing and color matching. Strong understanding of paint formulations, color theory, and refinishing techniques. Ability to use spectrophotometers, tinting machines, and mixing equipment. Good inventory management skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
