Key Responsibilities:
- Color Matching: Mix pigments to achieve precise color matches according to formulas and specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate mixing equipment and machinery.
- Quality Control: Conduct color checks, make adjustments, and troubleshoot color matching issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of pigment mixtures, formulas, and batch numbers.
- Collaboration: Work with the quality control team to ensure color consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in color pigment mixing and color matching.
- Color Theory: Strong knowledge of color theory and pigment properties.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Good communication and record-keeping skills.
