About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Automotive Paint Mixer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing automotive paints to precise specifications, ensuring accurate color matching and high-quality finishes for vehicles.
Responsibilities
Mix automotive paints according to formulas, specifications, and customer requirements
Perform accurate color matching using tools, software, and visual checks
Maintain and calibrate mixing equipment to ensure accuracy
Store and handle paints, chemicals, and materials safely
Collaborate with painters and technicians to achieve required results
Maintain inventory of paints and related supplies
Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience as an
Automotive Paint Mixer / Color Matcher
Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, materials, and application processes
Familiarity with mixing machines, formulas, and color-matching techniques
High attention to detail and commitment to precision
UAE experience is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
