Job Summary

AstraCare Medical Supplies is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. The role focuses on creating engaging content, promoting AstraCare products, increasing brand awareness, and supporting sales through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update AstraCare's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) Promote AstraCare medical and healthcare products in a professional and compliant manner Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional way Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities Ensure all content follows healthcare regulations and company guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Knowledge of social media platforms and content tools Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Creativity, organization, and attention to detail Experience in healthcare or medical supplies is an advantage
