Must have Knowledge of all packing machines , filling machines, labeling machines for various industries like food , oil, perfume and cosmetics, chemicals , detergents

Job Responsibilities

Install new machinery and automated systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Design, develop, and implement automation systems and controls for machinery and production lines. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems. Perform regular maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Test and calibrate machinery to ensure it meets performance specifications and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications, including detailed technical reports and service logs. Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery. Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Work closely with engineers, other technicians, and clients to address technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

Knowledge of working with various types of Machinery Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications or training in PLC and HMI programming would be beneficial Bachelor's degree in Engineering in electrical, mechatronics, industrial automation Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
