Packaging Development Specialist

to join our team and drive innovation in packaging across our perfume and cosmetics portfolio.

Role Overview

This role goes beyond sourcing bottles and boxes--it's about developing

creative, trend-driven, and technically feasible packaging concepts

that give our brand a global competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate new bottle, cap, and packaging concepts from suppliers for technical feasibility, uniqueness, and brand alignment. Assess existing packaging for opportunities to improve functionality and reduce costs. Collaborate with branding and design teams to bring creative ideas into practical, production-ready solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with packaging suppliers in the UAE, Europe, and Asia. Oversee the development of samples, prototypes, and mock-ups to ensure high-quality output. Ensure packaging complies with standards for quality, functionality, and sustainability. Maintain a packaging innovation library for future product development. Work closely with procurement teams on supplier selection and cost negotiations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Passionate about packaging, beauty, and design trends. Strong creative eye with technical curiosity. Proactive innovator, always exploring "what's next" in packaging. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Strong awareness of global packaging trends, materials, and technologies. Prior experience in perfume, cosmetics, or luxury goods packaging is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
