Job Description

PA to CHO - Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Manage the CHO's daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications. Handle email correspondence, draft letters, and ensure timely responses on behalf of the CHO. Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential documents.

Meeting & Coordination



Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points. Coordinate with department heads, suppliers, and external stakeholders as required. Arrange travel itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation, and expense reports.

Operational Support



Assist in monitoring hospitality operations and ensure smooth communication between departments. Follow up on tasks assigned by the CHO and ensure timely completion. Support in preparing performance reports, project updates, and operational summaries.

Communication & Liaison



Act as the primary point of contact between the CHO and internal/external parties. Maintain professional communication and represent the CHO in a polished manner. Ensure information flow is timely, accurate, and aligned to priorities.

Event & Project Assistance



Support CHO in planning hospitality events, VIP visits, and internal initiatives. Assist with coordination of special projects or strategic initiatives as assigned.

Confidentiality & Professionalism



Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
