About the Opportunity

We are looking for a

P2P Manager

to join our team and work closely with multiple departments, including product, support, and marketing. You will contribute to the growth and improvement of

CIS

P2P marketplace

, ensuring seamless operations and an excellent user experience.

What You'll Be Doing

------------------------


Collaborate with the

product team

to improve the P2P platform by suggesting new features and tracking ongoing product requests. Work closely with the

customer support team

to address and resolve P2P-related inquiries efficiently. Manage relationships with

merchants

, including onboarding new applicants, assisting with social media communications, and facilitating fast issue resolution. Conduct

ongoing competitor analysis

to identify market trends and best practices. Gather and analyze

user feedback

through various channels. Identify and report

bugs, product flaws, and translation errors

for prompt resolution. Monitor the

marketplace and user reviews

, addressing negative feedback effectively. Track and analyze

key metrics

, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Assist in

organizing promotions

in the CIS region to enhance engagement. Support

Telegram channel management

, ensuring clear and engaging communication with the community.

What We Look For In You

Being fluent in English and native Russian is a must. Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is preferred Familiar with the whole process of P2P operation, able to build merchant trust through service and daily management, not only relying on promotional activities to improve merchant activity Organized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skill Strong team mindset and solid work ethic
