Position Overview
The Owner Association Finance Officer - Dubai, UAE will manage and monitor financial transactions for Owner Associations, ensuring compliance with RERA/Mollak requirements and internal controls. The role involves payment processing, receivables management, reconciliations, and reporting to support transparent and efficient financial operations.

What You'll Do

  • Process OA payments including service charges, utilities, and supplier settlements
  • Ensure transactions follow internal approval workflows and resolve rejections
  • Track service charge collections, deposits, and reserve fund contributions
  • Reconcile receivables with management companies and bank statements
  • Escalate overdue payments according to policy
  • Liaise with banks for smooth OA transaction processing
  • Ensure compliance with RERA/Mollak regulations and reporting requirements
  • Prepare financial reconciliations and generate reports for management and regulators
  • Support audits with accurate financial documentation
  • Update OA banking systems and maintain approval records
  • Suggest workflow improvements and ensure proper filing of all activities
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in banking, finance operations, or OA-related roles
  • Knowledge of RERA/Mollak compliance preferred
  • Strong skills in MS Office and banking platforms
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial processing and reporting
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with banks and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet deadlines
