Job Summary: If you are looking for the next step on your career then this could be your perfect job. This lovely family with 4 children aged between 4 and 8 are looking for a nanny who will take the lead. They currently employ 3 junior nannies but want to hire a nanny whose main focus will be the children’s manners, education and development, while taking charge of the other three nannies. The family travel for approximately 3 months to Europe during the summer months, spending time on their yacht and property in France. This is an exciting opportunity.

Accommodation: Separate accommodation will be provided Salary: £1500 net per week plus depending on experience DBS check or Police check required at offer stage

General duties:
- Sole charge care- taking the lead
- Managing the Junior nannies
- Providing structure and focusing on education, manners and social etiquette
- Ensuring the children are safe and engaged with activities that will stimulate them
- Overseeing their schoolwork assisting where needed
- Keeping on top of their calendars, booking and attending appointments when needed
- Shopping for arts and crafts, toys and other educational materials
- Liaising with other staff – overseeing the children’s menus to make sure they have healthy nutritious meals
- Preparing for trips – organising the packing and unpacking
Candidate requirements:
- It is essential you have experience working in busy fully staffed homes
- Degree educated, able to help with homework
- Excellent English skills, discreet and a good role model for the children- focussing on their manners and social behaviour
- Confident with all aspects of Childcare
- Strong work ethic – adaptable and proactive
- Computer literate
- Excellent organization skills with a strong eye for detail
- Personable with good communication skills
- Confident driver
- Team player- hands on approach and ability to motivate the other nannies
