to join our team. The technician will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on all types of overhead cranes and lifting equipment. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting machinery.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
Inspect crane components such as motors, brakes, wire ropes, limit switches, panels, and control systems.
Conduct load testing and ensure lifting equipment complies with safety standards.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore equipment functionality in a timely manner.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and checklist documentation.
Ensure all works comply with UAE safety regulations and company procedures.
Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor for spare parts and operational support.
Identify potential hazards and ensure the safe operation of equipment.

Knowledge of electrical panels, control circuits, limit switches, VFD, contactors, and sensors.
Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings.
Good understanding of safety procedures related to cranes and lifting equipment.
Physically fit and able to work at heights.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
