We are hiring a skilled

Overhead Crane Electrician

for a short-term shutdown project at RLIC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems related to overhead crane operations and maintenance in Oil & Gas or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of overhead cranes and associated control systems. Conduct inspection and testing of crane electrical components including motors, limit switches, contactors, and control panels. Ensure compliance with safety standards and safe crane operation practices. Support in the diagnosis of faults in wire rope systems, rigging appliances, and accessories. Work in line with industry standards, including

ASME B30.5

criteria for wire ropes and lifting safety. Maintain proper documentation of inspections and repair activities.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in electrical maintenance of overhead cranes. Strong understanding of overhead crane operation, electrical systems, and safety procedures. Familiarity with

ASME B30.5

standards and rigging safety requirements. Experience in

Oil & Gas

,

Petrochemical

, or

Power Plant

sectors is essential. Must hold

valid trade certificates

relevant to the role.

Proficiency in English

communication is mandatory (written and spoken). Ability to work in industrial site conditions.
