Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Sales Executive (Online) to join our team. The role will focus on generating and closing new sales leads through online platforms. You will be responsible for converting inquiries generated via social media ads into successful sales, while coordinating with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and leads generated from social media ads. Convert prospects into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building. Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure deal closure. Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain records of client interactions, sales, and feedback. Provide excellent after-sales support to build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online sales, telesales, or customer service. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales channels. Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage.
