Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Distributor to represent and distribute our building materials. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, builders, and construction companies, driving sales and ensuring timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain a distribution network in the assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients. Promote and sell a range of building materials (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, insulation, adhesives). Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product deliveries. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Ensure proper branding and visibility at retail/distributor outlets. Maintain excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly. Collect payments and manage credit limits in coordination with the finance team.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. Proven sales or distribution experience in the building materials industry (2-5 years preferred in UAE). Strong knowledge of local construction markets and customer base. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic. Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle (if required).

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems. Existing client network in the construction/building materials sector.

Compensation:



Fixed salary plus commission/incentives. Reimbursement for travel and business expenses.
