Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Outreach Agent to connect with leading Chinese brands and position advertising opportunities in the UK and UAE markets. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and develop new business through direct outreach. Fluency in Mandarin (native), Cantonese, and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and engage with Chinese brands looking to expand internationally through advertising in the UK and UAE.

- Conduct outreach via phone, email, social media platforms (WeChat/Weibo/LinkedIn), and in-person meetings.

- Present advertising opportunities and partnerships to brand decision-makers. - Maintain and develop a structured outreach pipeline with regular follow-ups and lead tracking.

- Build and sustain long-term relationships with brand representatives and key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams in Dubai to align outreach efforts with business strategies.

- Stay updated on Chinese market trends and cross-border business opportunities.

- Provide regular reporting on outreach activities and results. Qualifications

- Native proficiency in Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written). - Based in Dubai with awareness of international business practices.

- Proven track record in outreach, client engagement, or business development roles. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience

- Previous roles involving outreach or cross-border client acquisition.

- Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin).

Pay: AED5,500.00 per month
