Actively engage with customers in-store, providing product information and recommendations to drive sales. Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement. Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or digital payments efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, handling returns, and resolving any issues that arise. Build and maintain relationships with regular customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Job Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced outlet or store environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and drive sales. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals. * Basic understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge.
