Outlet Cashier (Finance)

As an Outlet Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and maintain overall efficiency of set standards for the function.

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Settling guest check/billing in Fidelio by cash/cards

\xc2\xb7 Maintain the cash register by accurately counting the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring that it balances with sales transactions.

\xc2\xb7 At the end of the shift, reconcile the cash register, prepare a daily sales report, and assist with closing tasks.

\xc2\xb7 Drop the cash in Finance office, each envelope will be checked by the General Cashier

\xc2\xb7 The redeemed gift certificate should be attached to the relevant guest check and secured in the drop safe with the shift cash drop.

\xc2\xb7 At the end of each shift, cashier should place the cash sales for the shift in a remittance funds envelope. The front of the envelope should give a clear breakdown of the money being remitted and all envelopes should be deposited into the Cash drop safe

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in hotel is preferred.
• Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Be committed to exceeding guest expectations
