Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Outdoor Salesman

with a strong background in the

building materials or related industry

to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in outdoor sales, and a valid

UAE driving license

.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure timely payment collection, and drive sales growth within the construction and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the construction and building materials sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and purchasing departments of contractors, developers, and project consultants. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities, upcoming projects, and potential clients in the market. Follow up on orders, and ensure timely collection of payments. Conduct regular visits to clients for business development, order follow-ups, and payment collection. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to support strategic sales growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

3-4 years of experience

in outdoor sales within the

building materials or similar industry

. Strong client network and understanding of the UAE construction market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage sales and ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Valid

UAE Driving License

is mandatory. Proficiency in

English

(Arabic or Hindi will be an added advantage).
