Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new customers in the construction and contracting sectors.
Conduct regular field visits to promote products like cement, blocks, tiles, plumbing, electrical, hardware, and related items.
Generate and submit quotations; negotiate and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
Work closely with logistics, stores, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and payment.
Keep management informed of market developments and competitor activities.
Collect payments as per credit terms and follow up on pending invoices.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE (building materials sector preferred).
Strong client network in the construction industry is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Quotation tools, etc.).
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Language: English required; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
