The Outdoor Sales position in Dubai, UAE, within the interior design industry, offers an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals to leverage their sales expertise in a dynamic and creative environment. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement outdoor sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand client needs.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients, highlighting the unique value of our services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the companys services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing successful projects.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client preferences.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven track record in outdoor sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Creative problem-solving abilities to address client challenges.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
